WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED made the day of
A. D. 1966, by SYBIL LEVITA CULVERHOUSE, as Trustee under the

Last Will and Testament of B. A. BROWN, Deceased, SYBIL LEYITA
CULVEI'.NOUSE, individually, and GEORGE H. CULVERHOUSE, her hus-
band, SYBIL LEVITA CULVERHOUSE, as Guardian of the Estate of
JOHN BRADFORD CULVERHWSE, a minor, and GE~tGE H. CULVERHOUSE,
JR., and IRENE CULVERHOUSE, his wife, hereinafter called the
Grantors, to FRANK KRATZER, whose address is 5510 Corning, Los
''-'Angeles, California, hereinafter called the Grantee:

and "grantee" include all the parties to
this instrument and the heirs, legal repre-
sentatives and assigns of individuals, and
the successors and assigns of corporations)
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, f or and in considera-
tion of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerati~ns,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains,
sells, aliPns, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto
the Grantee all that certain land situate in Saint Lucie County,
Florida, viz:

(This Deed is given subject to the easements

and roads, as the same are shown on said
plat of Bel-Air Groves.)
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby c ovenant with said Grantee
