WARRAifTY DEED
TNIS WARRANTY DEED made the ~ day of ,
A. D. 1966, by SYBIL LEVITA CULVERHOUSE, as Trustee under the
Last Will and Testament of B. A, BR(7WN, Deceased, SYBIL LEVITA
CULY~WiOUSE, individually, and GEQRGE H. CULVERHOUSE, her hus-
band, SYBIL LEVITA CULVERHOUSE, as Guardian of the Estate of
JCHN BRADFORD CULVERHOUSE, a minflr, and GEORGE H. CULVERHOUSE,
JR., and IRENE CULVERHOUSE, his wife, hereinafter called the
Grantors, to CLINT EAS'I'iVOOD, JR., ~vhose address is c/o Irving
L. Leonard, 815 Gateway East, Century City, Los Angeles,
California, hereinafter called the Grantee:

and "grantee~' include all the parties to
this instrument and the heirs, legal repre-
sentatives and assigns of individuals, and
the successors and assigns of corporations)
~YITNESSETH: That the Grantors, for and in considera-
tion of the swn of $10.00 and ofher valuable considerations,
receipt ~rhereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto
the Grantee all that certain land situate in Saint Lucie County,
- Florida, viz:

of record, to the restrictive covenants and
- the dedication of canals, ditches,'dikes,
and roads, as the same are shown on said plat
of Bel-Air Groves.)
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and
- appurtenances thereta belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee
that the Grantors are lawfully seized of said land in fee
simple; that the Grantors have good right and lawful authority
to sell and convey said 2and; that the Grantors hereby fu11y
warrant the title to said land and will defend the same against
