IVARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED made the ~ day of
A. D. 1966, by SYBIL LEVITA CULVERHOUSE, as Trustee u der the
Last tVill and Testament ~f B. A. Brown, Deceased, SYBIL LEVITA
CULVERHOUSE, individually, and GEoRGE H. CULVERHOUSE, her hus-
band, SYBIL LEVITA CULVERHOUSE, as Guardian of the Estate of
J~IN BRADFORD CULVERHOUSE, a minor, and GEORGE H:. CULVERHOUSE,
JR., and IRENE CULVERHOUSE, his wife, hereinafter called the
Grantors, to GEORGE MAHARIS, whose address is c/o Irving L.
Leonard, 815 Gateway East, Century City, Los Angeles, California,
hereinafter called the Grantee:
