WARRANTY DEED 1
THIS LVARRANTY DEED made ~the 6z~ day of ,
A. D. 1966, by SYBIL LEVITA CULVERHOllSE,' as Trustee under the
Last Will and Testament of B. A. BRC~VN, Deceased, SYBIL LEVITA
CULVERHOUSE, individually, and GEORGE H. CULVERHOUSE, her hus-
band, SYBIL LEVITA CULVERHOUSE, as Guardian of the E state of
JOHN BRADFORD CLJI,VERHOUSE, a minor, and GEORGE H. CULVERHOUSE,
JR., and IRENE CULVERHOUSE, his wife, hereinaf~er called the
Grantors, to BEL.-AIR GROVES, INC., as Trustee, whose address
is Post 4ffice Box 1418, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called
the Grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor"
and "grantee" include all the parties to
this instrument and the heirs, legal repre-
sentatives and assigns of individuals, and
the successors and assign s of corporations)
WTTNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in cons idera-
tion of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, releases, convey s and confirms unto
the Grantee, all that certain land situate in Saint Lucie County,
Florida, viz:
The North one-half (N 1~2) of the
East one-quarter (E 1/4) of Section
15, Township 34 South, Range 38 East,
~Y LESS the South thirty (30) feet thereof.
(This Deed is given subject to the easements
of record, to the restrictive covenants and
the dedication of canaZs, ditches, dikes,
and roads, as the same are shown ~n said
- plat of Bel-Air Groves.)
TOGET'~IER with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
- AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee
that the Grantors ~re lawfully seized of said land in fee
simple; that the Grantors have good right and lawful authority
to sell and convey said land; that the Grantors hereby fully
warrant the title to said land and will defend the same against
