all at P. O. Box 1418, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the "GRANTES":

"grantee" include all the parties to this in-
strument and the heirs, legal representatives
and assigns of individuals and the successors
and assigns of corporations)
WH$RSAS, Grantor is the owner of the fee simple title of certain
lands situated in Sections 17 and 18, Township 34 South, Range 39 East and
Sections 13, 14 and the of Section 15, Township 34 South, Range 38 8ast,
including those hereinafter more particularly described; and
~ WHEREAS, Grantees are the owners in fee simple title of certain
lands in Sections 10, 11, 14 and 15, ~ownship 34 South, Range 38 Last,
incluc~ing those hereitiafter more particularly described; and
WfISREAS, Grantor is the owner of certain easement rights under
the terms and provisions of that certain Agreement for $asements recorded
in Qf~ic~.al Record Book 18, page 241, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; and ~
wHEItEAS, Grantor and Grar?tee (by and through thei= nominee John
Merk) executed a certain Agreett?ent dated February l, 1966, for the.sale and
purchase of certain lands described in said Agreement of February 1, 1966.
