NO~w, THBR$FORS, in and for consideration of the sum of $10.00
and other good and valuable consideration, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and in order to carry out the terma and provisiona of said
Agreement between Grantor and Grantee dated February 1, 1966, Grantor hereby
gives and grants unto Grantees, their heirs, executora, administratora,
successors and assigns, a perpetual easement on, over and across the
property of Grantor hereinafter described, which said easement shall be
used in common with Grantors, their heira and assigns or successora, to-wit:
A 60 foot easement lying equally on each side of
the center line of the road known as Indrio Road
Sxtension as presently routed and located through
Grantor~' property and located approximately on the
8ast-West one-quarter aection lines in Sections 17
and 18, ~ownship 34 3outh, Range 39 Sast, and
Sections 13, 14 and the of Section 15, ~ownship
34 South, Range 38 $ast, said easement beginning
at the end of the public road como~onl.y known as
"Indrio R~ad" and running Weat through said Sections
as above described t~o connect and join with the
dike and road located in the West 50 feet of the N~ of the
S~ of Section 15, Zbwnahip 34 South, Range 38 Sast,
said route and location of said eas~nent and Ir~drio
Road Sxtension not to be changed without the consent
of C3~antee.
Said easement to be used by Grantees, their heirs, assigna or successors as
; a means of ingress and egrese to and from the property conveyed by Grantors

to Grantees in ~mpliance with said Agreement dated February 1, 1966. ~ ,
Grantees shall have the right t~o enlarge the size of the present '
canal running along a portion of the North line of the easement herein
described and if any part of said canal is preaently located within the
above descrlbed easement, Grantors hereby grant to Grantees permission to
continue uae of said canal; provided, that any work done or enlargement
made of said canal by Grantees, ahall be done on Grantees' land and the

~ south side of said canal shall not further encroach upon the easement,

~ except for no~al sloughing. Grantors hereby agree that said canal shall

be permanently closed at the Southeast corner of the property conveyed by
Grantors ~o Granteea herein (under the tenas of said Agreement of February 1,
a 1966) by the construction of a dike along the Sast line of the property
