Now therefore in the consideration of the sum of Ten
($10.00) Dollars cash in hand paid by BEL-AIR GROVES, Trustee,
the present Lessors above named do hereby bargain, sell, transfer,
assign, and convey all their right, title, and interest in and
to the Lease and right thereunder to BEL-AIR QtOVES, Trustee, its
successors, and assigns, on the following described property,
to-wit:
East 1~2 of East 1/2 of Section 10;
West 3/4 of Section 11; North 1/2 of
West 3/4 of Section 14; North 1/2 of
East 1/4 of Section 15, all being in
Township 34 South, Range 38 East,
St. Lucie Counfiy, Florida. ~

That Lessors hereby reserve and do not assign, bargain ~
sell or transfer the remainder of the lands subject to the lease
with the Sun Oil Company except as described immediately above.
