T'his mortgage is given aubject to easements of record to the re-
atrictive covenants a~xl the dedication of canals, ditches, dikes_
and roads as same are shown on said plat of Bel-Air Groves. •

~ It is hereby covenanted and agreed that if Mortgagor, after
~ September 20, 1967, should desire to enter into a long term firat
mortqaqe with an insurance canpany or other lending institution,
