ARTICLES OF AGREBMENT

his wife, hereinafter called parties of the first part, and ~
THOMAS EDISON FNGI.ISH and NANCY CAROLYN ENGLISH, his wife, whose
mailing address is 3427 Carlile Street, Fort Pierce, Florida,
hereinafter called the parties of tt~ second part,
W I T N 8 S S E T H:
That if the said parties of the second part shall
first make the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter
mentioned on their part to be made and perfonaed, the said parties
of the first part hereby covenant and agree to conve y and assure
to the said partie s of the second part, and their heirs, executors
administrators, or assxgns, in fee simple, by a good and sufficien
deed, the fo~].owi ng described propert y, together with all improver
ments_ thereon lying, being and situate in St. Lucie County,

and the parties of the second part hereby covenant and agree to

the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged.

stallment shall be due on the 15th day of
