THIS AGRSBt~NT, Made this ~ day of May, 1966;
WITN$SSBTH:
Tt~at each party hereto, that ia to say ena SeZ1~r arc3 th~
Buyers, h~er~by releases the other of them froaa all ~~ms of
money; accouats, actiona, suits, proceedings, claims and demands
whatsoever which either the Seller or the Buyers had or have
up to the date of these presents ~ainst the other, for or by
reason of or in respect of any act, cause, matter or thing
whataoever.
And particularlq in consideration of the release of the
Seller by the Buyers, the Seller does expressly hereby release
and forever discharge the Buyers from any claims, duties, debts,
responsibilities and liabilities, in law or in equity, which may
have hertofore existed by reason of the execution of a certain
Agreement dated May 27, 1965, between the Se1Zer and the Buyers,
. it being the intention of this paragraph hereof that the Seller
shall release the Buyers from any responsibi2ity or liability
~
for any debts or liabilities incurred under the terms of the
said Agreement of M~ay 27, 1965.
And the Buyers on their part do hereby expressly release
and discharge the Seller hereto from any claims, reaponsibilities
or liabilities to the Buyers arising or which might or could
arise by reason of the execution of said Agreement of May 27,
1965.
And the parties hereto do declare that said Agreeffient of
May 27, 1965, is made a part of this Agreement and incorporated
herein bq reference and a copq thereof is attached to this instru-
ment that the possible liabilities of the respective parties to
