ROAD EAS~MENT AGREEMENT

INDIAN RIVER MINERALS, INC. , a Florida corporation, herein-

after called "Grantor," and CHRYSLER OUTBOARD CORPORATION, a
Delaware corporatioa, hereinafter called "Grantee," in consideration of
the payment by Grantee to Grantor of One Dollar and for other good aad .
valuable consideration, receipt of which is acknowledged by Grantor,
agree:
1. Grantor hereby conveys to Grantee a perpetual easement for

Parcel A. The South 50 feet of the North ?0 feet of the

Parcel C. The South 50 feet of the North 636, b feet of

A11 lying and beiag in Township 34 South, R.ange 40 East,

for the purposes of ingress and egress to and from State Road 605 to
Grantee's property described in Exhibit A, together with the right to ia-
stall and maintain wires, poles, conduits, guys, atubs, pipe lines, mains

j and valves and other utilities owned by Grantee or by utilities providing

services to Grantee.
2. Gra.ntor shall construct and maintain a stabilized road of not

less than 20 feet in width at a grade level of not less than five feet above
; Mean Sea Level, United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Data, The road-

way and sub-base shall be designed, constructed, and maintained so as to
support trailer trucka and fuel tank trucks of sixty thousand pounde loaded
weight and so as eafely to accommodate automobile traffic at a speed of
25 miles per hour.
