JR., and IRENE CULVERHOUSE, his wife, hereinafter called the

called the Grantee:

WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains,
se11s, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto
the Grantte, all that certain land situate in Saint Lucie (:ounty,
Florida, viz:
Blocks 4, 5, 6, 13, 14 and 25 of BEL-AIR

(This deed is given subject to the easements
of record, to the restrictive covenants and
the dedication of canals, ditches, dikes,
and roads, as the same are shown on said
plat of Be1-Air Groves.)
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee
that the Grantors are lawfully seized of said land in fee
simple; that the Grantors have good right and lawful authority
to sell and convey said land; that the Grantors hereby fully
warrant the title to saidland and will defend the same against
