THIS WARRANTY UEED made the ` day of
A. D. 1966, by SYHIL LEVITA CULVERHOUSE, as Trustee under the
Last Will and Testament of B. A. BROWN, Deceased, SYBIL LEVITA
CULVIItHOUSE, individually, and GEQtGE H. CULVERHOUSE, her hus-
band, SYBIL LEVITA Ci~VERHOUSE, as Guardian of the Estate of
_ JCHN HRADF~[tD CULVERHOUSE, ~ a minor, and GEatGE H. CULVERHOUSE,

JR., and IRENE CULY.BRHOUSE, his wife, hereinafter called the
Grantors, to JCHN FRANKIIdHEIMER, whose address is 22400 Pacific
Coast, Malibu, California, hereinafter called the Grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor"
and "grantee" include all the parties to
fihis instrument and the heirs,legal repre-
sentatives and assigns of individuals, and
the successors and assigns of corporations)
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, for and in considera- ~
tion of the sum of $10.00 and other valuabie considerations,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto
the Grantee, all that certain land situate in Saint Lucie
County, Florida, viz:
Blocks 8 and 9 of BEL-AIR QtOVES
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 14, page 11, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
(This Deed is given subject to the easements
of record, to the restrictive covenants and
the dedication~of canals, ditches, dikes,
and roads, as the same are shown on said
plat of Bel-Air Groves.)
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee
that the Grantors are lawfully seized of said land in fee
simple; that the Grantors have good right and lawful authority `
to sell and convey said land; that the Grantors hereby fully
warrant the title to said land and will defend the same against
