Last Will and Testament of B. A. BRQ~VN, Deceased, SYBIL LEVITA
CULVERNOUSE, individualiy, and GEORGE H. CULVERHOUSE, her hus-
band, SYBIL LEYITA CULVERHOUSE, as Guardian of the Estate of

JOI-W BRADPatD CULVERHOUSE, a minor, and GEORGE H. CULVERHOUSE,
JR., and IRENE CULVERHOUSE, his wife, hereinafter called the
Grantors, to DAV~ID G. LICHT, whose address is Suite 408, 9171
Wilshire Boulevard, Beverly Hilis, California, hereinafter called
the Grantee:

and "grantee" include aIl the parties to
this instrument and the heirs, legal repre-
sentatives and assigns of individuals, and
the successors and assigns of corporations)
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, for and in considera-
' tion of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable cunsiderations,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto
the Grantee, all that certain land situate in Saint Lucie County,
Florida, viz:
Blocks 46, 47 and 48 of BEL-AIR QtOVES
~as per plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 14, at page 11 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
(This Deed is given subject to the easements ;
of record, to the restrictive covenants and ;
the dedication of canals, ditches, dikes, . ~
and roads, as the same are shown on said
plat of Bel-air Groves.)
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO :HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple f orever .
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee '
that the Grantors are lawfully seized of said land in fee~
simp~le; that the Grantors have good right and lawful auth~rity
to sell and convey said land; that the Grantors hereby fully
warrant the title to said land and will defend the same against
