CULVERHOUSE, individually, and GEORCE H. CULVERHOUSE, her hus-
band, SYBIL LEYITA CULVERHOUSE, as Guardian of the Estate of

JR., and IRENE CULVERHOUSE, his wife, hereinafter called the

Los Angeles, California, hereinafter called the Grantee:

WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, f or and in considera- ~

receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto
the Grantee, all that certain land situate~in Saint Lucie County,
Florida, viz:

as per plat thereof recurded xn Plat
Bovk 14, at page 11 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Plorida.
(This Deed is givea subject to the easements
of record, to the restrictive covenants and
the dedication of canals, ditches, dikes,
and roads, as the same are shown on said
plat of Bel-Air Groves.)
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenance"s thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining. ~
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee
that the Grantars are lawfully seized of said land in fee
simple; that the Grantors have good right and lawful authority
to sell•and convey said Iand; that the Grantors hereby fully
