This mortqaqe is given subj ect to easements of record, to the re-
strictive covenants and the dedication of canals, ditches, dikes aryd
roads as same are shcr~m on said plat of Bel-Air Groves.
It ia hereby covenanted and agreed that if Mortgagor, after
Septennber 20, 1967, should desire to enter into a long term first
mortqaqe with an insurance ccxnpany or other lending inetitution, ~

and the promisaory note secured hereby to euch a firet mortgaqe;
