Spray & Chemical Company, a corporation organized '
and existing under the laws of the State of Florida,
the lessee under a Lease executed between Standard

Spray & Chemical Company and Crest Grove Co., dated
October 15, 1963, and recorded in Of f icia 1 Records t
Book 76, Page 392, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, in consideration of Ten Dollars
($10.00) hereby, on this 8th day of June, 1966, does
hereby release Crest Grove Co., its successors and
assigns, from the obligation contained and expressed ~
in Paragraph 2 of said Lease without impairing said
Lease in any other respect.
