sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases,

by Charles R. Myers conveyed by warranty deed re-
corded in Deed Book 87, page 175, St. Lucie County,
