KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Union National
Bank of North Carolina, a banking corporation, the owner and holder of a
certain judgment dated the 8th day of March , 1966 , in that certain
cause in which First Un:on National Bank of North Carolina is the Plaintiff
and First National Bank of Fort Pierce is the Defendant, the same being
Common Law Case No. 3050-L and the said judgment having been entered
in the Minutes of the Circuit Court, Book page o, of the pubtic
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, has received full payment of said '
judgment aad acknowledges full and complete satisfaction and payment of
said judgment and hereby requests and orders the Cierk of the Circuit Court
in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, to cancel the said judgment of record.
