SNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That GREY JONES and KATHERINE JONES, his wife,
owners and holders of a mortgage from GENPRAL DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation, executed the 2nd dey
-of July, A.D. 1959, and recorded in Mortgage Book 157, at
page 27?, in the o~'fice oP the Clerk of the Circuit Court
in and for the County oP St. Lucie, Florida, do hereby
consent and 3oin in the dedicatlon of the plat to be known
as SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE UNIT I~VE.
By the eaecution o~ th3s Joinder Agreement, all
other terms and conditions of the af orecited mortgage shall
remain the same; however, the mortgage shall be and by these
presents is hereby subordinate and sub~ect to only the avenues,
boulevards, roads, high~ays and drainege rights of ways shown
on the plat or plats.
