- AGREEMENT FOR DEED
THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this /G =Kday of
: June, A. D. 1966, by and between HOWARD L. APPERSON and
DORIS M. APPERSON, his wife, hereinafter ca~.ed the parties of the
- first part, and JOE A. STALLWOftTH and DORA MAE STALLWORTH,

called the parties of the second part:

THAT if the said parties of the second part shall first make the
payments and perform the covenants hereinafter merrtioned on their
part to be made and performed, the said parties of the first part here-
by covenant and agree to convey and assure to the said parties of the
second part and their heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns,
in fee simple, by a good and sufficient deed, the following described
property, together with all unprovements thereon lying, being and

j situate in Saint Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:

The South 6. 0 feet of Lot 4, all of Lot 5 and ~
~ the North 12. 0 feet of Lot 6, Block 1 of
BLAKELY SUBDNISION, as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 50 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
And the parties of the second part hereby covenant and agree to pay to
the said parties of the first part, as consideration therefor, the sum
of EIGHT THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED rTINETY SEVEN AND 5~~ /100 Dollars
($8, 297. 55) in the manner following:
~ The aforesaid sum of $8, 297. 55 shall be paid in
monthly installments of ~89. 3~, the first of which
shall be due and payable July 1, 1966, and a like
sum of the first day of each and every succeeding
month thereafter, until the whole sum named, plus
interest, has been paid in full. Each monthly pay-
ment shall be applied first on irrterest and then on
