EXECUTOR'S DEED
THIS EXECUTOR' S DEED, made the lOth

1966, by ROBERT J. SCHMIDT , as Executor of the t,ast Will and
Testament of Ida K. Schmidt, Deceased, hereinaf ter called the
grantor, to RICNARD E. SCHMIDT, as sole benef iciary under the
Last Will and Testament of Ida K. Schmidt, deceased, whose post-
off ice address is: Route 4 Box 585, Fort Pierce, Florida, here-
inaf ter called the grantee:

WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum of $1.00 and over valuab,~e considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens,
remises, releases, conveys and conf irms unto the grantee, all
that certain Iand situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:

the Executor covenants that in all things in and about the
administration of the Estate of Ida K, Schmidt, deceased, he
has conformed with the statutes of the State of Florida and
the Orders of Court, as required by law.
