THIS CHATTEL MORTGAG$, executed the 1'7~~ day of June,
A.D. 1966, by DONALD E. JACOBSON, hereinaf er called the Mort-
gagor, to 8. F. IVEY, d/b/a JACK IVEY MO RS, 302 Fernandina,
Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the Mortgagee,
q I T N E S S$ T H: That for good and valuable
considerations, and also in consideration of the aggregate
sum named in the promissory note of even date herewith, herein-
after described, the said Mortgagor hereby grants, bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, relealses, conveys and confirms unto the
said Mortgagee, his heirs and assigns, all the goocls, chattels
and personal property, hereinafter described, all thereof being
wholly owned by, and in the exclusive possession of, said Mort-
gagor, in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, viz.:
