2. To pay all and singular the taxes, assessments,
levies, liabilities, obl~gation and encumbrances of every nature
on said described property each and every, and if the same be not
promptly paid then the said Mortgagee may at any time pay the
same without waiving o~ affecting the option to foreclose, or
any other right hereunder, and every payment so made shall bear
interest from the date thereof at the rate of 896 per annum.
3. To pay all ancl singular the costs, charges and
expenses, including a reasonable attorneys~s fee, incurred or
~ paid at any time by said Mortgagee because of the failure on the
part of the said Mortgagor to perform, comply with and abide by
each and every the stipulations~ agreements, conditions and cov-
enants of said note and this mortgage, or either, and every such
payment shall bear interest from date of incurrence at the rate
of 896 per annum. •
4. To keep said goods, chattels and personal prop-
erty, all and singular, in said County, subject to the inspec- ~

tion of said Mortgagee, and in the event any items be removed
or levied on or subject to levy in any litigation, the Mortgagee
shall have the option to declare, without notice, the entire
sums hereby secured payable forthwith.
_ ~ 5. To permit, commit or suffer no waste, impairment
or deterioration of said goods, chattels or ~ersonal property,
or any part thereof.
6. To perform, comply with and abide by each and
every the stipulations, agreements, conditions and covenants
