by, the said aggregate sum mentioned in said note and this mor t-

gage and each thereof shall become dueand payable forthwith,
or thereafter at the option of the Mortgagee, as fully and com-
pletely as if the said aggregate sum payable by virtue of said
nat e and this mortgage, each and every,were originally stipu-
lated to be paid on such day, anything in said note or herein
to the contrary notwithstanding.
