above described property is owned in fee simple by the CHURCN OF
THE LORD JfiSUS AND OOD' S KINGDOM IN THE B,ARTH by virtuoteof tha?t
certai.n Warranty Deed c:onveying the same dated Jvne 28, 1958 and
recorded in Deed Book 239 at Page 88 of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; which said Warranty Deed ~as fran GBRALDINB
B. BRYAN and B. L. BRYAN; her husband, to O. S. PBRRY and OSSIS WRIGHT,
