verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695.02, Florida
- Statutes, in Official Record Book 138, pages 115-118, of the
public records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida.
In this instrument the singular shall include the plural,
and ths masculine shEll include the feminine and neuter. All
rights and obligat ions under this mortgage shall extend to and
be binding upon the respective heirs, executors, administra~ors,
successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
