easement appears in the instruments identified above and similar

non-exclusive easement for roa'ds and canals given by W. W. Carlton an
wife to Ruth 8uff Brady, Traylor Chemical & Supply Co.. Inc., and
others, dated,May 7, 1962, filed for record on May 9, 1962, recorded
in Official Records Book 36, Page 132, St. Lucie County, Florida to
the extent that the same is appurtenant to the property mortgagec~
hereby, and this mortgage is subject to said easement.
AND ALSO the Mortgagor's right, title and interest under those recip-
rocal easements for internal roads and canals, as set forth in agree-
ment between Norntian V. Huff, Traylor Ghemical & Supply Co., Inc., and
others, dated August l, 1962, filed for record on January 4, 1963,
recorded in Official Records Book 53, Page 611, St. Lucie County,
Florida, to the extent that the same are appurtenant to the property
mortgaged hereby, and th is conveyance is subject to said easements.
(Said easements run along the easterly, southerly, and westerly sides
of the property mortgaged hereby.j
This mortgage is subject to a reservation unto the Florida State
Board of Education of an undivided three-fourths of phosphate,
minerals, and metals and an undivided one half of petroleum, and righ
ancillary thereto, as set forth in deed from the Florida State Board
of Education to ~i. W. Carlton and Perry Carlton, dated June 21, 1943,
filed for record on July 9, 1943, recorded in Deed Book 107, Page 5,
