MORTGAGS MODIFICATZON AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY TI~SE PRESENTS THAT, ~

WHEREAS, the undersigned, SYBIL LEVITA CULVERHOUSE, as ~

Trustee under the Last Will and Testament of B. A. BROWN, Deceased, !

is the owiner and holder of those certain mortgages hereinafter
,
enumerated from the Mortgagors named herein below, to the under- ~
signed, which said mortgages are dated and recorded in the Public ~
+

Records of St, Lucie County, Florida, as hereinafter stated securing
a total indebtedness of $387.990.00; and
WF~REAS, said mortgages were given to secure the payment ~
of certain promissory notes, copies o£ which are attached to said ~
mortgages; and ~

WHEREAS, said mortgages and promissory notes bear dates ~
~

from May 18, 1966, to June 6, 1966, and the tern?s of said promissory
notes provide that certain sums shall be due and payable on Septem- ~
ber 3, 1966, and that the balance thereof 4ha11 be payable in ten
equal annual installments, the first such payment being due and pay- ~
~
able one year from date thereof; and
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the undersigned and the
parties to said notes and mortgages that the annual payment dates
on said notes and mortgages shall coincide and shall tiste from
June 6, 1966, the date on which the real estate transaction for which
said notes and mortgages were given as part of the purchase price
was closed afld the deeds and mortgages delivered.
; NOW, THEREFORE, THIS INDENTiJRE WITNESSETH:

i That For and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
; ($10.00) and other valuable considerations and for the purpose

of carrying out the intention of the parties to the promissory
~ notes and mortgages hereinaEter described, and in further con-
i sideration of the fact that the closing of the transaction between
