3. That the above described mortgages contained therein
the following proviso: "(Provided that the total of said land used
for said purposes shall not exceed 2596 of the land above described)";
that said proviso contained in said mortgages shall be amended and
modified to read as follows: "(Provided that the total of said land
used for said purposes shall not exceed 2596 of the total Iand de-
scribed in all of the above described mortgages, which said ~otal
does not include the 80 acre tract conveyed by the undersigned to
BEL-AIR GROVES, INC, for use as a reservoir in conjunction ~ith the
property encumbered by all of the above described mortgages and
said 80 acre tract shall be excluded from calculations of said
2 596) " .
4. T'hat except as herein provided the terms and conditions
of said notes and mortgages from Mortgagors to the undersigned
shall remain unchanged.
THIS AGREEMENT shall be binding and shall enare to the
benefit of the heirs, executors, administrators, assigns or successors
of the parties to,said mortgag~es.
