ation (Grantor), for itself, its successors, assigns, and grantees, ~
for TEN DOLLARS and other good and valuable considerations, the re- ? ~
ceipt and sufficiency whereof hereby is acknowledged, does hereby

grant, convey, set over and assiqn to United Grove Caretakers,/a
Florida C~poration, its assigns, successors and g=antees (as here-
inafter limited) a permanent, non-exclusive easement for ingress '
and egress purposes, without restrictions over and upon the fol-
lowing lands and property in St. I.ucie County, Florida, to wit: ;

That certain bridqe situate and near the Southeast cor- ~
ner of the lands as contained and described in the Plat
of United Groves, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages `
29 A and 29B of the public records of St. Lucie County, ~
Florida, which said bridge crosses over the Central and ;
Southern Florida Flood Control District permanent-right- ;
of-way and spoil easement together with the approaches ~
to said Bridge. ~
SAID EASEMENT sha~.l not extend to any person other than 2
the qrantee herein, or its successors to the fee title of Lands ~
now owned by the grantee, and described as follows: i

34 South, Range 38 East, St. Lucie County, Florida,
run North 89°40'll" West alonq the South boundary
of said Section 34 a distaace of 1332 feet; thence -
, North 00°55'05" East a distance of 189.88 feet to
the point of beqinning; thence North 89°4'00"~West
a distance of 220.00 feet; thence North Ol°13'45"
East a distance of 346.86 feet; thence South 87°
53'35" East a distance of 218.01 feet; thence South
