tion of the eum of TSN and NO/100 ($10.00) DOLIJ?RS and other valuable
conaiderations and for and in consideratior? of the mutual covenanta and
aqreements made by the parties heret~o, the parties heret~ covenant at~d
aqree as followa:
l. That the maintenance of the road located on the afbove des-
cribed property and used by all of the parties heret~o ehall be borae jointly
by CULVSRHOUS$~ 'INDRIO GROVBS, Bffi.-AIR GR~OVSS and BASKIN, their heira,
executore, successors or assigns; provided, however, that that portion of

the maintenance expenae of said road at~acibuted to CULVBRHOU3$ ahall not
exceed the sum of FIV$ HUNDR~ ($500.00) DOI.LARS per yearf and provided

further, hawever, that the entire length of said road shall be maintained in
uniform manner. ~

2. That all decisions as to the maintenance wor]c to be perfonaed
on the road lacated on the above described property shall be determined by
a majority deciaion of G~DRG$ H. CULVBRHOUSS, 3R. repreaenting CULVB~RHOUS$,
JO~ !~$RK representing INDRIO GROVRS and B$L-AIR GRAVffi, and SBYMO~UR BASKIN,
or their reapective agents or nomineea, and any maintenance work authorized
to be performed on said road ehall not obligate any party hereto, unlese ~
agreed _upon and approved by a majority of the eaid GSORG$ H. CULVSRHOUS~3, SR., ~
JOHI~ MBRIC and 3$YMOUR BASKIN.
3. The parties herst~o further agree that in t2~e event any
maiAtenance work to be performed on said road will interrupt access over
