Together with all structnrea and improvementa now and hereafter on said land, and fixturea attached
thereto, and all renta, issues. proceeds, and profita accruing and to accrue from said premises, all of which
are included w ithin the foregoing description and the habendum thereof ; also~ all gas, steam, electric,
water. and other heating, cooking, refrigerating. lighting, plumbing, ventilating~ inigating, and power
systems, machines, appliances. fixtures~ and appurtenances, which now are or may hereafter pertain to,
or be used w~ith, in, or on said premises, e~~en though they be detached or detachable. ~

purtenanc~s thereunto belonging or~in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and reversiona, remain-

• And the mortgagor hereby oovenants a ith the mortgagee, that he is indefeasibly seized of said land
in fee simple; that he has full power and la~ful right to convey the same in fee simple as aforesaid;
that it shall be lawful for the mortgagee, at all times peaceably and quietly to enter upon, hold, cecupy,
and enjoy said land, and every part thereof ; that the land is and w ill remain free from all encumbrance~;
~ that aaid mortgagor will make such further assurances to prove the fee simple title to said land in said
