Book 6 at page 55 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

~ This is an absolute and indefeasible conveyance of the fee simple title to the
~ above described real property, the consideration being the unpaid balance of
~ the mortgage debt to this date, encumbering said property, the same being
~6, 589.83, with interest at the rate of 6. 6°Jo per annum from April 15, 1966, ;
which was secured by mortgage deed from grantor to grantee, record~d in
O. R. Bk. 18, at page 159-160 , of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. The grantor acknowledged the balance of said mortgage to be re-
presentative of the present fair market value of subject real property, and
that the cancellation of the promissory note and the satisfaction of said mort-
gage by grantee constitutes full payment; and this conveyance is, in n~ manner,
to be considered as additional security for debt inasmuch as said debt is
extinguished by cancellation of said promissory note.
