WITNESSETH: That the said part3esof the first part, for and in co~sideration of the sum of One Dollar (=1.00) and
othe~ valuable mnsiderations paid by the party of the second part, the reoeipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
grant, bargain and sell to the said party of the second part, its sutoessors, and auigns, a r'~ght-of-way in St. lucie County,
Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
A strip of land 80 feet wide, lying Northwest of, parallel
and contiguous to the'following described line, said line
being the Southeast right of way line of FFA Road:
From the S~ corner of Section 21, Township 35 South,
Range 39 $ast run Northeasterly 5,856.65 feet, more
or less, to the Northeast corner of said Section 21,
excepting therefrom that part lying in the W'~ o€ said
Section 21, all rights of way for drainaqe canals and
public roads and the Florida Power & Light Company
right of way. Containing 10.1 acres, more or less.

THIS DEED is made for the purpose of giving and granting to the party of the second part, its successors, (egal repre-
sentatives and assigns, a rightof-way for public highway and drainage purposes; and the said part~_$f the first part
do hereby fully warrant the title to said lands, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever. _
