That I, HBNRY P. OLMSTBAD, also sometimes known as H.P.'
OLMSTBAD, residing in Port Pierce, St. Lucie County, Plorida, have
made, constituted and appointed, and by these presents do make,
constitute and appoint LBLA OLMSTBAD, of Port.Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Plorida, my true and lawful _ attorney to act in, manage
and conduct all my estate and all my affairs, and for that pur-
poae for me and in name, piace and stead, and for my use and bene-

otherwise encumber or dispose of; or to contract or agree for the
acquisition, disposal or encumbrance of; any property whatsoever
or any custodp, possession, interest, or right therein, upon such
terms, considerations and conditions as my said attorney shall
