deliver vouchers, in my behsif for any and all allowances and
reimbursements, properly payable to me by the Uiited States, includ-
ing but not restricted to allowances and reimburse~ents for trans-
port~tiatof dependents or for shipment of household effects as
suthorized by law and regulations;
11. To receive, endorse, and collect checks payable to
the order of the undersigned drawn on the Treasurer or other Piscal
officer or depository of the United States, of any sovereign state
or authority, or any political subdivision or instrumentality
thereof ;
12. To prepar, execute, and file income and other tax ~
returns, and other governmental reports, applications, request
and docyments; and to receive, indorse and cash any tax refunds due
me.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act, deed, matter, and
thing whatsoever in and about ny estate, property, and affairs as ~
fully and effectuaily to all intents and purposes as I might or
II could do in my owh proper person if personaliy present, the above

~ specially enu~berated powers being in aid and exemplification of the

full, complete and general power herein granted and not in limitation
or definition thereof, and hereby ratifying all that my said attorney
shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
And I he:eby declare, that any act or thing lawfuliy done
hereunder by ~y said attorney shail be binding on myself, and my
heirs, legal and personal representatives and as$igns whether the
sa~e shall have been done before or after my death, or other revo-
cation of this instrument.
