license taxes distributable to the Cuunty of Indian River, Florida, under
the teMns, conditions and provisions contained in said School Capital ~~t-
7ay Amendment, for the purpose of fina.ncing the cost of capital outlay
pro~ects for school purposes as provided in said School Capital Outlay
Amendment.
3. That pursuant to the provisions of said School Capital Out-
lay Amendment, and pursuant to the provisions of the Original Resolutions
hereinaf'ter referred to. the petitioner has the power and is authorized,
upon the request oF the Boa~ds of Public Instruction of the Counties of
the State of Florida, to issue pari passu State School Bonds for and on
behalf of the Boards of Public Instruction of the Counties of Citrus,
Co113er, Lake, Sarasota, plachua, Bay, Okaloosa, Manatee, Brevard, Leon,
St. Iucie, Palm Beach, Duval, Pinellas, Broward and Hillsborough whlch
will rank equally as to lien on and source and security for payment Prom
the state motor vehicle license taxes distributable for the account of the
Boards of Public Instruction of the respective counties with the lien there-
on of the outstanding bonds authorized by the Original Resolutions and

~ Supplemental Resolutions hereinafter referred to, upon compliance with the
13mitations, restrictions and conditions contained in said Original Re-
solutions, said bonds being payable solely from the state motor vehicle
license taxes diatributable to the Counties of the State of P'.Lorida pari
passu with said outstanding bonds and being issued for the purpose of
financing the cost of capital outlay pro~ects for school purposes as
provided in said School Outlay Amendment.
