of February, 1966, duly adopted reaolutions, attached to the petition
herein as ~chibite A-1 to Q-l, inclusive, (said reaolutions respectively,
except in the case of Indiari River County, Nhich ie an Original Resolution,
being supplementar9 to Original Resolutions heretofore adopted by Petitioner
and referred to in paragraphs ~ to 19, inclusive, of the petition herein,
which said Orig{nal Resolutione provide for the iasuance of pari pasau
State School Bonde which will rank equally as to lien on and source and
secuMty for payment from the state motor vehicle license taxea distribut-
able for the accounts of the Boa~ds oP Public Instxuction of the reapective
counties with the lien thereon of the outstanding bonds authorized by such
Original Resolutiona, arid the outatanding bonds authorized by resolutions
supplemental to said Original Resolutions, upon compliance with the limita-
tiona, restrictions and condltions contained in such Original Resolutions),
authorizing the isauance by petitioner of State School Bonds, dated March l,
1966, in the case of Citrus, Collier, Sarasota, Alachua, Bay, Oka,loosa,
St. Luc1e and Pinella.s Counties, and June 1, 1966 in the case of Indian
; River, Lalae, M~ariatee, Brevard, Leon, Palm Beach, Duval, Bro~ta~d and Hills-

6 borough Countiea, bearing lnterest at a rate not exceeding four and one-

half per centum 1/2~) per annum, payable-semi-annually on Ma.rch 1 and
September 1 of each year in the case of CitruB, Collier, Sarasota, Alachua,
Bay, Okaloosa, St. Lucie and Pinellas Counties, and June 1 and December 1
of each year in the case oY Indian River, Lake, Manatee, Brevard, Leon,
Palm Beach. Daval, Browar~d and Hillaborough Counties, redeemable prior to
maturity as provided in said resolutiona, maturing on March 1 of each year ;

and Pinellas Cauntiea, and on June 1 of each year in the case of Indian
