5. That the limitations, restrictions and conditions for the
~ issuance of pari passu State School Bonds contained in each of the Ori-
glnal Resolutions previously adopted by petitioner in the case of the
Counties of Citrus, Collier, Lake, Sarasota, ~ Alachua, Bay, Okaloosa,
Manatee, Brevard, Leon, St. Lucie, Palm Beach, Duval, Pinellas, Broward
and Hillsborough have in each case been ftilly complied with and th2
issuance of the pari passu State School Bonds, herein validatec~ ia in
each case flxlly authorized and such pari passu State School Bonds to be
issued for and on behalf of the Boards of Public Instruction of the
Counties of Citrus, Collier, Lake, Sarasota, Alachua, Bay, Okaloosa,
Manatee, Brevard, Leon, St. Lucie, Palm Beach, Duval, Pinellas, Browa~d
; and Hillsborough, as herein prayed, are in all ~espects legal and valid.

6. That the amount of said State School Bonds praposed to be
isaued by petitioner for and on behalf of the Board of Public Instruction
of Indian River County, and the amounts of said pari passu State School
~ Bonds proposed to be issued by petitioner for and on behalf of the Boards
of Public Instruction oP the Count~.es of Citrus, Collier, Lake, Sarasota, ~
Alachua., Bay, Okaloosa, Manatee, Brevard, Leon, St. Lucie, Palm Beach,
Duval, Pinellas, Broward and Hillsborough, when a.dded to the State Sct~ool
Bonds previously issued by petitioner pursuant to said Original Resolutiona
and said Supplemental Re$olutions, for and on behalf of the respective
Boar~ds of Public Instruction of Citrus, Collier, Lak,e, Saraeota, Alachua,
Bay, Okaloosa, Manatee, Breva~d, Leon, St. Lucie, Palm Beach, Duval,
Pinellas, Broward and Hillsborough Counties, do not exceed seventy-
five per centum (75~) of bhe amounts which can be serviced as to both
principal and interest from the motor veh3cle license taxes accruing to
