Adminiatration, a constitutional body created by and existing under
Section 16 of Article IX of the Constitution of Florida, did pur~uant
to the requirements of Section 215.56, Florida Statutes, duly adopt a
resolution approving the issuance of said $11,tt05,000 State School Bonds
by the State Board of Education as to fiscal and legal sufficiency.
11. That on the 2r_d day of March, 1966, the Bond Review Board,
a statutory body created by and existing under Section 215.56, Florida
Statutes, did pursuant to the requirements of said Section 215.56, Florida
Statutes, duly adopt a resolution approving the issuance of said
$11,~05,000 State School Bonds by the State Board of Fducation.
12. That upon the filing of the petition herein for tr,e
validation of said State School Bonds, an Order to Show Cause was issued
by this Court, requiring the State of Florida, the several property owners,
taapayers, citizens, and othera having or clafming any right, title or
interest in the property to be affected by the petitioner's issuance of
the State School Bonds, therein described or who may be affected in any
' way thereby, to appear at the time and place therein set out, to wit,

~ at the courthouse in Tallahassee, Florida, on the 7th day of June, 1966,

and show cause why said State School Bonds, and the proceedings authorizing
the issuance thereof, should nct be validated and confi~ned as prayed by
petitioner; that said Order to Show Cause was duly published by the Clerk
of said Cour~t in a newspaper published in each of the Counties of Indian
River, Citrus, Collier, La.ke, Sarasota, Alachua, Baq, Oka,loosa, Manatee, '
Brevard, Leon, St. Lucie, Palm Beach, Duval, Pinellas, Broward and '
Hillsborough, Florida, once each week for three consece~tive weeks, the
first publication having been more than eighteen (18) days prior to
~ June 7, 1966, the date set for hearing, as required by Chapter 75, Florida
- Statutes, and as will more flilly appear by reference to the affidavits of
the publishers of the said newspapers filed herein; and a copy of said
petition and of said Order to Show Cause were duly served upon the re-
