NOW, 't~RSFOR$, IT IS O~I3Ft~, ADJima~ AND D$CR£~ :
(a) That the iasuance of the State Board oP &lucation of
Florida, State School Bonds as provided by petitioner'a reeolutions
~dapted F+ebruaxy 15, 1966, attached to the petition herein as ~chibits
A-1 to q-1, inclusive, and heretofore filed in this cause, is for a p~oper
and legal purpose and is flally authorized by law.
(b) That said resolutiona of petitioner adopted February ~5,
1966, attached to the petition herein as ~chibita A-1 to ~1, inclusive,
and the provisione made thercin for the paytnent of said State 3chool Bonda
and interest thereon, and all proviaions and covenants contained therein,
a~t~e hereby declared to be valid and in fltll compliance with the Constitu-
tion oP Flor~.da and all applicable laHa oP the State of Florida.
(c) That the motor vehicle license taxee pledged to satisfy
petitioner's obligations as covenanted in said resolutions adopted by
pe~~tioner on February 15, 1966, attached to the petition her~ein ae

~ (d) That said State School Bonds issued in conformity r~ith

of the State Boa~d of Education of Florida, payable exclusively f~om said
~motor vehicle license ta~ces speciPlcally pledged and provided for said
purpose by said resolutiona.
(e) That eaid State School Bonda, and each oP them, to be
isaued pureuant to said resolutions adopted by petitioner on February 15,
1966, atta.ched to the petition herein as Exhibits A-1 to Q-1, inclusive,
and all proceedings incident to the authori2ation thereof are hereby
