No. 2, Beau Rivage, recorded in Plat Book No. 11 on Page 25, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, run thence Southerly along ~he
West line of said Lot 6 a distance of 35 feet; thence run Easterly to
the Northeast corner of said Lot 6; thence run Northwesterly along the
