A G R E E M E N T
IN CONSIDERATION of the sunt of SEVENTY-FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS
($7500.00) paid by LUCILLE M. JAMES to the INDIAN RIVER YAM FARMS, f
INC., a Florida corporation, KNOW ALL MED1 BY TEiESE PRESENTS, that
the said YAM FARMS does hereby agree to pay to the said LUCILLE
JAMES said sum within five years from the date hereof at six per
cent (6$)interest, and in security therefor pledges to the said
LUCILI,E M. JAMES each and every asset, tangible personal property,
security, intangible, or other thinq of value that the said under-
signed does possess and it does specifically hereby pledqe and
mortgage to secure said payment the YAM FARM being a store engaged
in the sale of general merchandise and food located at Route 3,
Box 412, on Okeechobee Road in St. Lucie County, Florida, including
each and every piece of equipment, furniture, furnishings, inventory,
stock of groceries, supplies, materials, goods, inventory, office
equipment, office machinery, store equipment, store furnishings,
! grocery inventory and each and every item of value which said under-

~ signed corporation does own whether located in or out of the above
~ described premises. ~

In case of default in the payment of the abovesaid sum, or if

any asset of the undersigned corporation is atached or levied upon, ~

then this sum shall become due and payable at once and the said ;

LUCILI,E M. JAMES is hereby authorized and empowered to start imme- ~
r

diate foreclosure, and all charges in connection therewith, including
a reasonable attorney's fee, shall be paid by the undersigned, and
~
the said LUCILLE M. JAMES shall have immediate right to the possession '
~
- of said mortgaged property.
