QUIT-CLAIM DEED
T~IS QUIT CLAIM DSED, executed this o?O ~ day of Jurie,
A. D. 1966, by ANNA RESSS and CAT~RINS R. ~CARLISLS, as the
duly appointed, qualified and acting Executors of the Estate
of Charles Reese, deceased, first party, to G. P. HURD and
NSTTIE F. HURD, his wife, whose post office address is:
1107 Trinidad Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, second party;
WITNSSSSTH, that the said first party, for and in
consideration of the sum of $10.00, in hand paid by the said
second party, the receipt whersof is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby remise, release and quit-claim unto the said second
party, all the right, title, interest, claim ~a aemana which
the said first party has in and to the following described
lot, piece, or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in
the County of St. I,ucie, State of F].orida, to wit:
Point of Reference is the Quarter Section corner on
the Soutb line of Section 36, Township 34 South,
Range 40 Sast, St. Lucie County, Florida. From said
point of reference North 0 deg.-03 min.-02 sec. West
a distance of 297.3 feet along the boundary line of
Government Lot 4 and Government Lot 5 to a point,
thence South 82 deg.-58 miri.-27 sec. West a distance
of 31.85 feet to a point; thence South 82 deg.-58
min.-03 sec. t~lest a distance of 666.66 feet to the
Northwest corner of Lot 23, Block 4, Fort Pierce
Beach Subdivision in Section 36, Township 34 South,
Range 40 East, and Section l, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East, and recorded in Plat Book 8, page 29,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,

feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, con-
