OOMES NOW the duly qualified, appointed and acting
Executrix in the above estate, DORABELLE t~ALMAN, and re-
specfifully shows unto the Court, as foliows:
Among the various assets of the above estate is .
a certain Lease Agreement, date9 June 14, 1962, by and
between the above decedent, his heirs and ~?ssigns, and the
City of Vero Heach, Piorida, granting lease by the City of
certain portions of the property known as the Vero Heach
Muricipai Airport, Vero Beach, Fl~ride, and providing thereia
for ~he operations to be conducted thereon and rental to be
paid therefor. Said asset is a valuabie asset of this estate,
and has been operafied *~y the decedent and is still in operation.
- ~t ia necessary for the preservation of the estate and the
the contanuance of the estate, th at your Executrix be permitted
to continue the operations being conducted and to be conducted ~
under said Lease Agreenent, including any subiease granted
thereunder. That the conduct and operation thereof should be
authorized and approved in such manner as to bereby grant
authoritq unto your Executrir :to: make contracts and agreements
