2. Petitioner has received ~n offer to sell said property
submitted in behalf of THOMAS 8. HOIIKAN and HARRY R. HOLMAN for
~9,352.00 cash at closing, and that the Will of the deceased con-
fers upon this Petitioner the full power and authority to sell and
convey any part of the properfiy of the deceased. Petitioner be-
lieves and alleges that the proposed sale is in the best interest ~
of the estate and that the price offered is in every respect fair
and reasonable.
,3. That Petitioner is the sole beneficiary under the Last
Will and Testament of the deceased.
4. That no claims have been filed against the estate and the
time set by the Laws of P3orida for the filing of ciaims by creditors
has expired.
WIHEREPORB, Petitioner respectfully prays for the Court to enter
an Order authorizing her as Executrix of the Estate of B. L. HOLMAN,
Deceased, to sell an undivided one half interest in the property
last described to 1HOMAS B. HCIINAN and HARRY R. HOIIrlAN,~ for the sum
of $9,352.00 cash at closing. ~
