of the estate and that the price offered is in every respect
fair and reasonable.
. 3. That Petitioner is the sole beneficiary under
the Last Will aad Testament of the deceased.
4. That no claims have been filed agaiast the estate
and the time set by the Laws of Plorida for the filing of claims
by creditors has expired.
