mainten~oe caid upkeep hereby authorize cmd give my (our) oonsent to the following
1. ~ Whe~ever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT OORPORATION, its suaoeasore aa~ assigns, shall notify
the undersigned in writinq at the address indivated below (a~ at such other address as may be desig
nated by the undersigned from time to time) that the sadd premises ~e not ia a rea~o~able state of
appe~ae caid reponr oonsistent with the general appe~~oe ~d state of repaur of other pcopertie~
within the iaomediate vicinity, the undersigned agrees to accomplish the required repairs, manntenamoe,
etc., set torth in sadd notioe within 15 days after rec;eipt of ~e.
2. If the undersigned shall fcdl o~ re~use to c~vcomplish the required repcrirs ac mcrintencmoe,
etc., within the prescribed time. GENERAL DEVII.OPMENT CORPORATION, its suvoeesors a~ assigns,
acting by cmd throuqh its duly authorized agents may come upon the premises for the purpo~e of doing
the necess~y work. Provided, however, thcrt such woric shall be limited to lawn cmd y~d maonten~oe
to prevent ~ ove~grawn or unYempt appecnrmoe, and to pmnting ~d minor repcrirs to the eaterior of
ihe building or buildings, situcried on the premises in order to prevent cm unsighdy or tmsafe oondition.
3. As to ~y ooets or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
cessors or ~signs, in bringing about cmd accomplishing the work referresi to in the notice, the under-
signed agrees to make pQyment thereof within ld duys after demcmd. Provided, however, that dem~d
ior payment shall not exceed actual costs or eapenses incurred.
4. In the event that the undersigned shall fail or refuse to mal~e payment of the c~ctual oosts or
~ expenses incurred, then, amd in that event ~ly, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT (JORPORATION, its suc-
4 cessors or assigns, may underta~e oollectiaa~ oi the sum which the undersigned is obligated to pay
hereunder, together with all oosts of oollecti~ including a redsonable atto~ney
e fee. GENERAL
DEVELOPNIENT OORPORATION may, in addition to other remedies pa~scribed by Fia~ida 1aw, give
notioe that it has aaquired a lien agc~nst the subject property for sadd aanount ~d may file a Notioe
of Lien ~?~g the Public Reoords of the County in which the pcemisea m~e situcted. .
This agreement shall be binding upon my (our) heirs, suooessaas ~ c~signs ~d shall be oon-
