ESTATE OF ELMER G. GOEBEL, deceased '
ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE OF AUTOMOBILE AND
REAL PROPERTY
This cause having come on this day to be heard before me, upon
the sworn petition of PAULINE E. GOEBEL as the duly appointed, qualified
and acting Administratrix of this estate, from which the Court finds:
1. That among the assets of this estate which have come
into the hands of said administratrix is a 1955 Oldsmobile 88 4-door
sedan automobile, miscellaneous tools, which were appraised at $53.00
2. That petitioner has received an offer from SAMUEL
SANGUIGNI to purchase said automobile and tools at private sale fer thp
sum of $31.50 and has accepted such offer subject to the approval and
confirmation of this Court, because she cieems it expedient, necessary
and for the best interests of the estate, in order to convert such assets
into cash.
3. That because of the expense of maintenance and taxes,

~ and in order to convert the assets of said estate into cash for the
payment of claims and legacies, it is expedient and necessary and for
the best interests of the estate to sell at private sale the following
described real property of the estate, situate, lying and being in St. ~
Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 18 in Block 7 as shown on Plat hio. 4 of Beau Rivage,
recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 33, public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, together with all right, title an3
interest of the decedent in and to submerged lands shown
as Parcel 18-A in said Block 7 as shown on recorded plat
of Beau Rivage, Plat No. 4.
4. That said Administra~rix has received an offer from
WI~LIAM F. McCOLLUM to purchase the above described real property for the
sum of $5,000.00 and has accepted from him the sum of $1,500.00 through
ner agent, R~lar.d G. Lueaer, E~a. , Real Estate IIroker, ori account of s~ach
